Left Menu > Companies > View All Companies > Select a Company > ⚙️ Settings


🧭 What is "Setup Client Company"?

Setting up a client company means configuring the core settings that define how you will manage staffing, billing, and reporting for that client.


🎯 Why It Matters

It’s a one-time setup
Once configured correctly, your workflows will be automated across jobs, invoices, and time tracking—without needing manual updates each time.

Enables full system automation
Everything from shift rates to tax calculation and cost tracking becomes seamless when the setup is complete.

Ensures compliance & accuracy
Correct setup helps ensure every pay rate, invoice, and report reflects client-specific rules and expectations.


⚙️ General Settings

Located under Company Settings, this section captures essential company-level information:

  • Company Details
    Enter the official company name, legal name, and full billing address.

  • User Management
    Manage client-side users who will access this workspace for timesheets, shift approvals, invoicing, and reporting.

  • Note: You need to invite client users before you see this list.


🧱 Staffing Settings

These settings define how staffing operations and billing behave for this specific client:

  • Markup
    Set client-specific markup rates that apply to all job orders.

    Setup markup based on client contract signed

  • Billing Location & Overtime
    Define the region for overtime rules and where work is billed from.

    System will automatically calculate overtime

  • Billing Contacts
    Assign contact emails for sending invoices and payment communication.

  • Budgets & Cost Centers
    Set up internal budgets or cost allocations for tracking workforce spend.

  • Taxes
    Define applicable taxes based on client location and agreements.

  • Worker Classification Code
    Choose the classification code for roles as per local labor codes or agreements.

🔒 Note: Some settings may be locked and accessible only to Admins or specific roles.
