System Role: Staffing Workspace Admin User
How to Access: Settings > Workspace Settings

Overview

The Company Details section lets you manage key information about your organization that will appear across your platform and in financial and legal documents. Keeping this info accurate ensures smooth operations, invoicing, and compliance.

✅ Only Admins can view or edit this section.


What You Can Manage

🖼️ Company Logo

Upload your brand logo here. This will appear in:

  • Your workspace

  • Careers or Jobs Pages

  • Invoices

  • Email Notifications

💡 Recommended: Use a high-quality PNG or JPEG for best display.


🏷️ Company Name

  • This is the display name of your company on the platform.

  • Example: Spectrum Staffing Corp.

Used in:

  • Your entire Staffing Workspace

  • Candidate and client-facing pages

  • Internal communication


🧾 Company Legal Name

  • This is your business’s registered legal name used in contracts, taxes, invoicing and compliance purposes.

  • Example: Spectrum Staffing Corp.

  • It can be same as Company Name

ℹ️ Tip: Make sure this matches government or tax documents.


📍 Default Company Billing Address

Use this section to input your primary billing address. This will be used for invoices.

Full address include

  • Unit Number

  • Street Address

  • Suite/Floor/Additional Info

  • City

  • State/Province

  • Postal/ZIP Code


How to Update

  1. Navigate to Settings > Workspace Settings

  2. Click on Company Details

  3. Upload or change your Logo

  4. Fill in or update the following fields:

    • Company Name

    • Company Legal Name

    • Unit, Address, Suite/Floor

    • City, State/Province, Postal Code

  5. Click Save Changes

✅ Changes are applied instantly across your workspace.
