How to Access: Settings > Workspace Settings > Invoice Settings
Overview
The Invoice Settings section is where you configure your business’s financial contact information, tax details, and invoice sender identity. This information is used to automatically populate all invoices generated by the platform.
✅ Only Admins (Workspace Admin, Ops Admin) can view or edit this section.
What You Can Manage
🌐 Website URL
Enter your company’s official website.
Example:
www.jombone.com
📧 Payment Remittance Email
This is the email where clients should send payment confirmations.
Example:

☎️ Company Phone Number
Provide your main contact number for invoice-related queries.
Example:

🖨️ Company Fax Number (Optional)
If your company uses a fax number for finance or legal documents, enter it here.
Example:

📞 Toll-Free Number (Optional)
If you offer a toll-free line, include it here.
Example:

🧾 Company Tax Registration Number
Enter your tax registration number.
If not applicable, type "Not Applicable"

Invoice Email Sender Settings
📤 Sender Email
This is the "From" email that clients will see when receiving an invoice.
Example:

👤 Sender Name
Enter the name that should appear as the sender of the invoice emails.
Example:

How to Update Invoice Settings
Go to Settings > Workspace Settings > Invoice Settings
Update any of the following fields:
Website
Remittance Email
Phone / Fax / Toll-Free
Tax Registration number
Sender Email and Name
Click Save Changes
✅ All updates will be instantly applied to future invoices.
