🔍 Overview

The Download Invoice option allows users to instantly retrieve a PDF version of any generated invoice, directly from the Staffing Invoices listing screen or through the View Invoice interface.

No extra steps, no formatting needed — the downloaded invoice is ready to print, or archive.

📥 Where to Find It

  1. Go to the Invoicing tab in your Staffing Workspace.

  2. Locate your desired invoice.

  3. Click the 3-dot menu (⋮) next to the invoice.

  4. Select Download Invoice.

Alternatively:

  • Click View Invoice to open it, then use the Download Invoice button from the top right corner.

📄 Naming Convention

Every downloaded invoice follows this structure:

Invoice_<Invoice-number>_WE_<YYYY-MM-DD>.pdf

Example:
Invoice_250601752_WE_2025-06-15.pdf

🧠 “WE” stands for “Week Ending” — the last date of the invoice period.

🧾 What’s Included in the Downloaded Invoice

The downloaded PDF will contain:

  • Company Logo: Pulled from your Workspace → Company Settings.

  • Company Billing Address: Based on the default address saved in settings.

  • Website, Contact Email, Phone Numbers: Pulled from Invoice Settings.

  • Billed To Address:

    • By Company: Shows company billing address.

    • By Location: Shows selected location's address.

  • Primary Billing Contact Email: Displayed under the billed-to section.

  • Detailed Line Items: Sorted by Province/State.
