Overview

Your invoices represent more than numbers — they reflect your brand. With the Brand Invoice with Logo feature, every invoice you generate is branded with your company logo, legal name, and contact details — creating a professional and consistent appearance across all client communications.

📌 Why this page is important

  • Displays your company’s brand identity directly on the invoice (logo, name, address, website).

  • Ensures all invoices are compliant and aligned with your company settings.

  • Invoices can be easily distinguished when working with multiple clients or billing locations.

🛠 How It Works

When viewing or generating invoices, key information is pulled automatically from different settings across your Staffing Workspace:

Section

Source

Company Logo

Pulled from Company Settings → Company Details → Company Logo

Legal Name & Address

Pulled from Company Settings → Company Details

Website, Email & Phone Numbers

Pulled from Invoice Settings

Billed To Address

Based on the invoice type:
By Company – pulls from Company Billing Address
By Location – pulls from Billing Location Address

Billed To Email

Pulled from the Primary Email of the Billing Contact

🧠 Key Tips

  • Keep your logo high-resolution and optimised for small-scale display.

  • Always review your Company Settings and Invoice Settings before generating your first invoice.

  • If any branding element looks off, check whether your company’s address or logo is updated properly in the Company Details tab.

✅ Points to Remember

  • Brand elements are consistent across all invoice formats: By Company, By Location, and Custom Invoice.

  • Editing your logo or company name in Company Settings will reflect on all future invoices.

  • You can preview invoices in real-time before downloading or sending to clients.

🎯 How will this help?

  • Build trust and credibility with clients by maintaining consistent brand visuals.

  • Avoid confusion by ensuring all contact and billing details are accurate and reflect your brand.

  • Provide your clients with professional, polished invoices that are easier to identify and reference.
