How to Access: Settings > Workspace Settings > Brand Settings

Overview

The Brand Settings section lets you customize your Staffing Workspace with your company's branding. Update your logo, brand colour, and website to create a consistent look and feel for internal users and external clients.

✅ Workspace Admins only can make changes to branding settings.


What You Can Customize

🖼️ Logo

  • Upload your company logo to personalize the workspace and client-facing interfaces.

  • Supported file types: jpg, jpeg, png, and svg

  • Recommended size: At least 200 px by 200 px (square format for best fit)

💡 Pro Tip: Your logo will appear on candidate portals, client views, and some branded documents—so make sure it’s clear and high-quality!


🎨 Brand Colour

  • Set the primary colour for your Jobs and Careers page.

  • Used in buttons, and visual highlights.

  • Enter a HEX colour code (e.g., #e60a0a for red)

Tip: Use a colour that matches your logo or corporate branding guidelines.


🌐 Company Website

  • Add the official website link for your company.

  • This link may be used in email templates, branding footers, or client-facing views.


How to Update Your Brand Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace Settings > Brand Settings

  2. Click the logo box to upload your company image

  3. Enter your HEX code for Brand Colour

  4. Add your company’s Website URL

  5. Click Save Changes

✅ Changes reflect immediately and will be visible to users across your workspace.
