Overview

The Contact Settings section is where you set your company's primary contact email and phone number. These details are automatically used across your platform to power notifications, templates, and agreements.

βœ… Only Workspace Admins can view or edit contact settings.


Why This Matters

The contact info you enter here is automatically embedded in:

  • βœ… Email notifications sent to candidates, clients, and internal users

  • βœ… In-app messages and alerts

  • βœ… Pre-filled fields in contract and agreement templates

What You Can Update

  • This is the official email shown in platform-generated communications.

  • Make sure this inbox is monitored!


☎️ Contact Phone Number

  • This phone number appears in email footers and is available to clients or candidates needing urgent support.

  • Example: +1 (647) 773-4666


How to Update Contact Details

  1. Navigate to Settings > Workspace Settings > Contact Settings

  2. Enter your Contact Email

  3. Add or update the Contact Phone Number

  4. Click Save Changes
