Quality Control (QC) Overview

The Quality Control is available to SCUs to review, manage, and take action on candidate profiles that have been submitted for evaluation.

๐Ÿ”น Tabs

The Quality Control screen is divided into three key tabs:

  • Received for QC โ€“ All new candidate submissions pending review

  • Failed QC โ€“ Candidates who did not pass quality review

  • Junk โ€“ Profiles marked as invalid, duplicates, or irrelevant

Each tab allows SCUs to quickly sort and manage candidates based on review stage.

Each candidate card shows:

  • ๐Ÿง‘ Profile image or initials

  • ๐Ÿ“ง Email and ๐Ÿ“ž phone number

  • ๐Ÿ“ Location

  • โœ… QC Tags (e.g. Verified, High-Intent)

  • ๐Ÿงฉ Candidate teaser with Sections:

    • Screening

    • Address & ID

    • Work Status

    • Skills

    • Education

    • Employment

    • Preferences


๐Ÿ” Filters & Sorting Options

You can refine your QC list using:

Access tags like:

  • Favourite

  • Contact Later

  • Do Not Disturb

  • Email Sent

  • Follow-Up

  • Message Sent

  • No Answer

  • Check Notes

๐Ÿ“Œ These quick tags make it easy to track candidate communication or review needs.

๐Ÿ”ฝ Sort Dropdown

You can sort candidates by:

  • Default

  • First Name (Aโ€“Z)

  • First Name (Zโ€“A)

  • Last Name (Aโ€“Z)


โž• Add New Candidate

Click the Add New button to invite a candidate manually.

The form allows you to enter:

  • First Name & Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number (optional)

  • Comments (up to 300 characters)

โœ‰๏ธ Once submitted, an invite is sent directly to the candidate to begin their profile.


๐ŸŽ›๏ธ 3-Dot Menu & Slide Panel

Each candidate card has a 3-dot menu (โ‹ฎ) offering the following options:

  • ๐Ÿ“„ Send Documents for eSign

  • ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Reinitiate Criminal Record Check (if applicable)

  • ๐Ÿงพ Reinitiate OneID Check

  • โœ… QC Pass

  • โŒ QC Fail

  • ๐Ÿท๏ธ Assign Tags or Statuses (e.g. Follow-Up, No Answer etc)

These tools give recruiters granular control and ensure nothing falls through the cracks during the screening process.


๐Ÿง  Notes & Tasks Panel

When you click โ€œCheck Notesโ€ or view a candidate:

  • ๐Ÿ—’๏ธ Notes Tab โ€“ Log recruiter insights or candidate feedback

  • ๐Ÿ“Œ Tasks Tab โ€“ Add reminders or follow-ups (e.g., schedule calls)

All activity is timestamped and linked to the recruiter for accountability.
