The Quality Control screen is divided into three key tabs:
Received for QC – All new candidate submissions pending review
Failed QC – Candidates who did not pass quality review
Junk – Profiles marked as invalid, duplicates, or irrelevant
Each tab allows SCUs to quickly sort and manage candidates based on review stage.

You can sort candidates by:

➕ Add New Candidate
Click the Add New button to invite a candidate manually.
The form allows you to enter:
First Name & Last Name
Email
Phone Number (optional)
Comments (up to 300 characters)
✉️ Once submitted, an invite is sent directly to the candidate to begin their profile.

When you click “Check Notes” or view a candidate:

All activity is timestamped and linked to the recruiter for accountability.
