The Applicant Tracker is one of the most powerful tools in the Jombone Staffing Workspace.

  • 🧠 Smarter Decisions: Use filters, scores, and assessments to quickly prioritize top talent.

  • 🛠️ Action-Ready: Forward, attach, onboard, or send documents—all from one screen.

  • Speed & Scale: Bulk upload and bulk email help recruiters handle volume without losing personalization.

It simplifies every step of candidate management—saving you time while keeping the experience personal.


📋 What’s Displayed in the ATS

Each applicant row shows:

Field

Description

Applicant Details

Name, profile badges, and location.

Contact

Email and phone number.

JScore

A score (out of 900) evaluating profile quality.

Added

Name of the user who added the applicant and date.

Last Updated

Most recent profile update date.

Job

Click View Job(s) to see jobs they applied to or worked on.

Resume

Upload or view resumes.

Favorite

Heart icon to mark as a favorite.

Assessment

Displays the applicant's evaluation tag.


🔎 View Job(s)

Clicking on View Job(s) reveals a dropdown showing:

  • Job title and Job ID

  • Client company name and location

  • Application status

  • Applied date

  • Employment start and end dates (if previously employed)

This provides historical and current job associations at a glance.


⋮ Actions Menu (Three-Dot Icon)

Click the three-dot icon next to any applicant to reveal a set of quick actions:

  • Apply/Offer/Attach – Link or attach the applicant to another job.

  • Emails – Send an email to the applicant.

  • Forward Profile – Share applicant details with others.

  • Reinitiate Canadian Criminal Record Check

  • Initiate US Criminal Record Check

  • Reinitiate OneID Check

  • Onboard Candidate

  • Send Documents for eSign

These tools help you act immediately from within the ATS.


↕ Sorting Options

Use the Sort by dropdown in the top-right to organize applicants by:

  • Recently Applied

  • Recently Updated

  • First Name (A–Z) / First Name (Z–A)

  • Last Name (A–Z) / Last Name (Z–A)

  • Profile Completeness (Asc) / (Desc)

  • JScore (Asc) / (Desc)

Default sorting is by Profile Completeness (Desc).


⚡ Quick Filters

At the top of the ATS, you’ll find Quick Filters for immediate, easy access:

  • Search by Name: Enter full or partial applicant names.

  • Location: Filter by city, postal code, or zip code.

  • Client: Show applicants who applied to job orders under a selected client.

  • Job Order: Narrow down by specific job postings applicants have applied to.

  • User: View applicants linked to job orders assigned to a selected internal user.

  • Application Status: Filter by applicant progress in the hiring process.

  • Skills: Search by relevant skill sets.


🧩 All Filters

Click All Filters for advanced filtering options.

Filter

Functionality

Search

Search by Name, Email, Phone, or Jombone ID.

Location

City, Zip Code, or Postal Code.

Application Status

Filter by one or more stages in the applicant journey.

Client

Filter applicants tied to specific client job orders.

Job Order

Narrow by the exact job(s) applicants applied to.

User

View applicants associated with job orders assigned to a specific internal user.

Skills

Search by applicant’s listed skills.

Assessment Label

Filter by evaluation tags like Tier-1 Top Talent or Do Not Use.

Favorites

Show only applicants marked as favorites.

Exclude Previous Employee

Exclude applicants who have worked for selected companies previously.


📂 Application Status Options

You can refine your search using these statuses:

  • Application Received (Organic)

  • Application Received (In-Organic)

  • Pre-Screening – Yes / No / Maybe

  • Client Screening

  • Initial Interview / Client Interview

  • Send to Client / Schedule Client Interview

  • Screened / Ready to Start

  • Contract/Agreement

  • Pre-endorsement

  • Book Travels / Booking in Progress / Travels Booked

  • Travel not applicable

  • Position on Hold


🏷 Assessment Labels

Assessment Labels help categorize and evaluate applicants. These include:

  • 🟢 Tier-1 Top Talent

  • 🟢 Tier-2 Talent

  • 🔵 Hold for Future

  • 🟣 Incomplete Profile

  • 🟠 Proceed with Caution

  • 🔴 Do Not Use

  • No Information

These are visible in the Assessment column and can be assigned/changed using the dropdown.


📬 Send Bulk Emails to Applicants

You can select multiple applicants and:

  1. Click the Bulk Email icon

  2. Write your message

  3. Send to all selected contacts

✅ Ideal for interview scheduling, job updates, or application follow-ups.

📥 Bulk Upload Leads via Excel

To upload multiple candidates at once:

  1. Click Bulk Upload

  2. Upload your .xlsx file

  3. Use the provided link to download a blank template if needed

✅ Ensure required fields are filled correctly for a smooth upload.

Note: Once the upload is done, you need to go to Recruitment page to view leads


📝 Points to Remember

  • 🔎 Use filters + JScore + assessment tags to pinpoint top candidates fast

  • 💬 Favourites and Assessments improve internal collaboration

  • 📥 Bulk upload is the fastest way to add multiple lead applicants

  • 💬 Bulk Email makes outreach and updates simple and professional

  • 🧾 Use "View Job(s)" to track where and when a candidate applied or was hired

  • 🛠️ All key actions live under the 3-dot menu—Apply, Forward, Onboard, eSign, and more
