🌟 Why this is Important

The Add Applicant panel gives recruiters the flexibility to add leads from any source, not just job listings. Whether someone applies in person, over the phone, through a referral, or via a resume drop-off, you can capture their details and immediately:

  • 🧭 Associate them with a client or job order

  • 🧪 Perform general, job specific and healthcare screenings

  • 💬 Add internal notes

  • 🔁 Treat them like any other applicant in your system

✅ This helps maintain a complete, searchable record of all candidate activity—ensuring no lead slips through the cracks.
