Whether you’re sourcing for urgent jobs or building long-term talent pools, Oveesa will instantly give you curated results based on your prompt.
💡 How does it work?
With Oveesa, you can simply type in what you're looking for, and it will return a pool of matching candidates.
🔍 Example prompt:
“Show me all candidates whose applications were rejected but are reprofiled using the Assessment Label: Tier-1 Top Talent.”
From here, you can:
✅ View candidate details (location, contact, JScore, resume, assessments)
✅ Revisit or refine the search prompt anytime
✅ Mass email all candidates in the pool for faster engagement
📂 Saved as Candidate Pools
Each search result from Oveesa is automatically saved as a Candidate Pool.
These pools are:
Instantly available for reuse
Continuously refreshed with updated candidates
Editable and shareable (private or team-wide)
You can access your saved pools under the “Recruitment AI Agent” section in the Staffing Workspace.

Once your pool is ready, click on Mass Email to send a personalized message to all matching candidates in just a few clicks.
This feature is perfect for quickly re-engaging top talent or filling high-volume roles fast.
🚀 Get Started with Oveesa
Go to Applicant Tracking System > AI Sourcing Agent
Click on the “+ New” button to start a new prompt
Type in what you’re looking for — no complex filters needed!
Click All Good, Let’s Go to create your Candidate Pool
View, email, or update the pool as needed

🔒 Visibility Settings
You can choose whether your Candidate Pool is:
Private – Only visible to you
Shared – Available to your entire team
Switch visibility settings anytime by clicking the dropdown beside the pool name.
✏️ Rename or Delete a Pool
To keep your pools organized, you can easily:
Rename a pool: Click the three-dot menu next to the pool name and select Rename
Delete a pool: Click the three-dot menu and select Delete to permanently remove it
🛑 Deleted pools cannot be recovered.
This makes it simple to maintain clean and relevant lists.
