π Where to Access It
To view the Talent Pipeline, click the Talent Pipeline button at the top-right corner of your Applicant Tracking System in the Staffing Workspace.
π What Youβll See
The Talent Pipeline displays a horizontal bar graph titled Recruitment Pipeline, showing the total number of applicants at each stage of the recruitment process.
Each bar represents the count of applicants in a specific pipeline stage, helping you identify:
Where most applicants are concentrated
Drop-offs or bottlenecks in the hiring process
How candidates are progressing overall

π― Filters Available
At the top of the Talent Pipeline view, you can filter the chart by:
Client Name β View the pipeline breakdown for a specific client.
Job Order β Narrow the chart to applicants under a particular job posting.
These filters update the pipeline chart in real-time to reflect only the relevant applicants.
π Exporting the Talent Pipeline
Click Export as PDF at the top-right to download a PDF version of the pipeline chart. This is especially helpful for reporting, sharing with clients, or reviewing internally with your team.
β Closing the View
Click the Close button at the bottom to exit the Talent Pipeline and return to the Applicant Tracker.
