You can assign a full range of screening and interview-related statuses from here.
To update the status:
Find the candidate in the Applications Received tab.
Click the Application Status dropdown on their card.
Choose the appropriate status from the list.
Available options:
Pre-Screening β Yes
Pre-Screening β No
Pre-Screening β Maybe
Screened
Initial Interview
Second Interview
Ready to Present
Profile Presented
Schedule Client Interview
Client Interview
Position on Hold
Contract/Agreement
π‘ These statuses help categorize candidates but do not move them between workflow tabs.
β From the Offers Accepted Tab
Statuses here are related to travel planning and logistics.
To update the status:
Go to the Offers Accepted tab.
Click the Application Status dropdown.
Select from the following:
Available options:
None
Book Travels
Booking in Progress
Travels Booked
Travel Not Applicable
π§³ Use these statuses to keep track of travel arrangements before confirming the assignment.
π From the Assignments Confirmed Tab
Statuses here indicate whether the candidate is prepared to start work.
To update the status:
In the Assignments Confirmed tab, locate the candidate.
Use the Application Status dropdown to select:
Available options:
None
Ready to Start
β This helps you mark candidates who are fully confirmed and prepped for deployment.

You cannot assign or edit statuses in the following tabs:
Offers Made
Current Employments
Past Employments
Rejected or Withdrawn
