🧭 Overview
The Application Status page allows you to customise how each status is labeled across your company’s workspace. This is useful for aligning platform terms with your company-specific hiring language, improving clarity and workflow efficiency.
The system provides two types of statuses:
Default Application Status: System-defined and read-only.
Custom Application Status: Editable field where you can define your own labels.
These labels will appear across the platform, including:
ATS
JEM
✏️ Editable vs Non-editable Statuses
❌ Non-Editable Statuses:
These system labels are fixed and appear as read-only:
Application Received (In-Organic)

✅ Editable Statuses:
These labels can be customised to better reflect your process. You may change them using the input fields shown on the page.
