🎯 Where Can You Assign Assessment Labels?
You can assign or update an assessment label in the following areas:
Recruitment > Applicant List
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Candidate Search
Candidate Profile (top-right corner)
While Adding a Candidate manually
🧭 How to Assign Assessment Labels
1. From Candidate Search
Go to Candidate Search in the left menu.
Locate the candidate row.
Hover over the colored dot (on the left side).
Click to open the label menu.
Select your desired label.
2. From the Recruitment List
Go to the Recruitment section.
Find the candidate under the Pre-Screening Label column.
Click the label (or “No Information” if blank).
Choose a new label from the dropdown.
3. From the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Open the Applicant Tracking System view.
Look for the Assessment column on the right.
Click the current label to open the menu.
Select the appropriate label.
4. From the Candidate Profile
Open a candidate’s full profile.
On the top right (next to the contact options), click the label dropdown.
Choose the label you want to apply.
5. When Manually Adding a Candidate
Click Add Candidate from the Recruitment view.
Scroll down to the Summary For Hiring Manager section.
Use the Assessment Label dropdown before clicking Save.
✅ Tip: You can assign or change labels anytime, and they will update everywhere the candidate appears.
🏷️ Available Labels & What They Mean
Label | Meaning |
✅ Tier-1 Top Talent | Highly qualified and ready to be prioritized for job opportunities. |
🟢 Tier-2 Talent | Qualified but secondary priority compared to Tier-1 candidates. |
🔵 Hold for Future | Not a fit right now, but could be valuable for future roles. |
🔴 Incomplete Profile | Candidate needs to complete more profile details before consideration. |
🟠 Proceed with Caution | Profile has red flags or concerns; review carefully. |
🟣 Do Not Use | Candidate should not be considered for future job orders. |
⚪ No Information | Default label — no assessment has been made yet. |
