The Documents section of the Candidate 360 page allows users to upload, manage, and view all candidate-related documents in one place.

When viewing the Documents tab inside a candidate profile, you’ll find:

  • πŸ” Search by File Name: Quickly locate specific files

  • πŸ—ƒοΈ Type Filter: Filter documents by category (e.g., Resume, ID, Work Permit)

  • πŸ•“ Uploaded Date: Sort by when the document was added

  • πŸ“¦ Upload Document Button: Launches a form to add new files

If no documents exist, you’ll see a prompt to begin uploading.

πŸ“˜ Tip: Filters are especially useful when managing candidates with multiple uploaded files or documents uploaded by various team members.


πŸ“€ How to Upload a Document

To upload a document:

  1. Click the blue Upload Document button.

  2. A pop-up window will appear with the following fields:

    • Document Type (select from a dropdown list)

    • Document Upload (choose a file)

    • Comments (optional β€” up to 1000 characters)

    • βœ… Show to candidate checkbox (optional)

  3. Once complete, click Save Changes to finalis``e the upload.

Common document types include: Resume, Work Permit, Driver’s License, Academic Certificate, Health Card, Schedule A, and more.

Uploaded documents appear in a structured table with the following columns:

Files uploaded by both candidates and internal users are visible here.
