  • A clear, organised list of all documents sent for e-signature.

  • Each eSign document displays:

    • Document Name: Clickable to open the document.

    • Candidate: The candidateโ€™s name and Jombone ID.

    • Signee: The signeeโ€™s email.

    • Sent Date: When the document was sent.

    • Sent By: The user who sent the document.

    • Status: The current state of the document (Signed, Pending, Cancelled, Declined, Expired).

  • Search by Document Name or Signee Email: Quickly locate the document you need.

  • Status Filter: Refine your view by selecting specific document statuses:

    • โœ… Signed: Successfully signed by the recipient.

    • ๐Ÿ“Œ Pending: Awaiting signature.

    • โŒ Cancelled: Manually stopped by the sender.

    • ๐Ÿšซ Declined: Recipient refused to sign.

  • Each eSign document has an action menu (three-dot icon) with the following options:

๐Ÿ“ How to Send an E-Sign Document

  1. Initiate eSign Request:

    • Click on the "eSign" button.

    • Choose between "New Document" or "Approved Templates".

    • Upload the document (PDF or DOC format).

    • Click "Submit".

  2. Prepare Document for eSignature:

    • Add necessary fields to the document (Signature, Text, Checkbox, Date, etc.).

    • Assign fields to the designated recipient(s).

    • Click "Continue".

  3. Set Up Recipients:

    • Specify the recipient(s) of the document (e.g., candidate or client).

    • Verify their email addresses.

    • Click "Send".

  4. Track Document Status:

    • Monitor the status of the document under Document Management.

    • Use filters to view documents by status (Signed, Pending, Declined, etc.).
