โž• 2. Creating a New Job Order

To create a new job order for any client within the staffing company, click on the "Create Job Order" button located at the top-right corner of the page.

When creating a job order, you will be prompted to enter key details such as:

  • Client information

  • Job title

  • Number of positions

  • Location

  • Job description

  • Job type (Part-Time, Full-Time, Contract, etc.)

  • Shifts

  • Additional custom fields if applicable like Staffing Settings, etc.

  • Positions: Number of open positions under the job order

  • Applications: Number of applications received for that job

  • Priority: Displays the urgency of the role (Low, Medium, High, Urgent)

  • Job Order: Indicates if the job is Active, Fulfilled, Frozen, or Deleted

  • Status: Indicates if the job Open, On Hold, or Closed

  • Open Since: Date when the job order was created or opened

  • Assigned Users: Displays the users working on the job

  • Last Updated On: Shows the most recent update date

  • Current Status: A quick-view dropdown to update status directly (Open, Frozen, Closed)
