Where to Access the Promote Option
You can promote a job order from:
Option 1: Job Order Board
Go to Staffing Workspace → Job Order Board
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) beside the job
Select Promote
Option 2: Company → Job Orders
Go to Companies
Click the company row
Click Job Orders
Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
Select Promote
The Marketplace slide panel will open.
Accept Terms
Review the terms displayed.
Click Agree to proceed.
You will enter the Marketplace (Powered by JobTarget).
Searching for Job Websites
At the top of the Marketplace page:
Use the Search field to find specific job websites (example: Indeed).
Select the correct country if required.
Searching for Free Job Boards
To find free job boards:
Type Organic in the search field.
This will display free posting options (some may include small delivery fees).
Viewing Promotion Options
For each job website:
Click Additional Posting Options to view:
Budget tiers
Duration options
Sponsored plans
Select your preferred option, then:
Click Add to Cart
You can add multiple job websites before proceeding to checkout.
Reviewing Your Cart
Click the Cart icon (top-right).
Review selected job sites and pricing.
Click Next Step.
Additional Required Information
Some job boards may require additional details (for example, contact email).
If prompted:
Fill in required fields.
Click Complete Checkout.
Payment & Checkout
Enter your credit card details.
(Optional) Save the card for future payments.
Click Pay to complete the purchase.
Charges are processed immediately.
Order Confirmation
After payment:
You will see the Order Confirmation screen.
An invoice will be emailed to you.
From this screen, you can:
Click Review Order
Click Download Invoice
Reviewing an Order Later
To review an existing order:
Click the grid icon (top-right of the platform)
Select Marketplace
Go to Orders
Open the relevant order
From here, you can:
View Job Sites
Check Paid Status
Download Invoice
Email Invoice
Print Invoice
The invoice will show:
Job Site
Posting Duration
Budget
Order ID
Payment Status
Line item breakdown
Reports & Performance Tracking
After promotion, you can track performance:
Click the grid icon
Select Reports
Go to Performance → Advertising
Here you can view:
Postings
Jobs
Clicks
Applications
Conversion Rate
Media performance breakdown
Using Existing Inventory (Subscriptions or Job Slots)
Customers who already have job board subscriptions (e.g., Indeed subscription, ZipRecruiter slots) can use their existing inventory through Jombone instead of purchasing new postings.
To add or replenish site inventory:
Login to JobTarget.com
Click Inventory Manager
Click Add / Replenish Site Inventory
Click Add Existing Site Inventory
Search for the site name
Select the site from the dropdown
Enter an Inventory Name (include division if applicable)
Select Contract Type (based on agreement)
Enter Username and Password
Click Submit Request
After submission:
JobTarget Support will verify the inventory
Once approved, inventory appears under Contracts / Inventory Sites in Marketplace
You can then add it to your cart like any other job site
This allows customers to:
Use existing subscriptions
Avoid duplicate charges
Manage all postings through Jombone
How to Unpromote a Job Order
To stop promoting a job:
Go to Job Order Board
Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
Select Unpromote
The job will no longer be actively promoted.
⚠️ Important Notes:
Most job board purchases are non-refundable
You cannot cancel postings already delivered to job sites
Unpromote stops future promotion but does not reverse completed charges

You can promote a job to multiple websites at once.
Free boards can be found by searching Organic.
Prices and duration vary by website.
Some job boards charge delivery fees.
Payment is required before postings go live.
Invoices can be downloaded anytime from Orders.
