πŸ“Œ Where to Find It

Log into your Client Portal and navigate to JEM (Jobs & Employment Management). From any Active or Frozen job order, click the three-dot menu (β‹―) and select Request Workers.


⚑ How to Raise a Request

  1. Click Request Workers to open the New Worker Requisition form.

  2. Fill in the following:

  • πŸ‘₯ Number of Workers needed

  • πŸ“… Start Date (must be a future date)

  • 🚨 Priority β€” Urgent / High / Low

3. Click Submit.

βœ… Your request is submitted instantly. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your requisition has been sent to the staffing team.


πŸ“§ What Happens Next

The staffing team receives an instant email notification with full job details including:

  • Company name

  • Requested by

  • Number of workers requested

  • Start date and priority

  • Job order, location, shift, and pay rate

  • πŸ”— Direct link to view the job order

The team can act on your request immediately β€” no follow-up needed from your side.
