🗂️ Assigned Workspaces

System Role: All Workspace Users
How to Access: Settings > Users and Teams > Assigned Workspaces

🧭 Overview

The Assigned Workspaces section allows you to:

  • 👤 See who you’ve invited into your workspace

  • 🧑‍💼 View workspaces you’ve joined through invitations

This feature ensures secure, permission-based access to sensitive business data like Clients, Job Orders, Timesheets, Placements across teams and collaborators.

🔐 Think of workspaces like private rooms—only invited users can enter and manage data inside.

👀 What You’ll See

Each workspace listed includes:

  • 🏷️ Workspace Name & Account Manager

  • 👥 Teams the user belongs to (if any)

  • 🚦 Status (e.g., ENABLED, PENDING)

  • Actions (e.g., invitation Accepted)

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Two Key Views

  1. 👋 Users You’ve Invited
View a list of users you’ve added to your workspace. Includes:

    • Contact details

    • Status (e.g., Pending, Enabled)

    • Team assignment (if applicable)

  2. 🔗 Workspaces You’ve Joined
Displays workspaces where you’ve been invited and accepted.
Helps track access across all collaborations.

🔐 Why Assigned Workspaces Matter

  • 🛡️ Secure Access Control
Only users assigned to a workspace can:

    • Manage job orders 📋

    • View or edit client records 🧾

    • Engage with related candidates 👨‍💼

  • 📦 Data Separation
    Workspaces keep information isolated between:

    • Clients

    • Regions

    • Internal and external teams

  • 🤝 Streamlined Collaboration
    Ideal for:

    • 🔄 External vendors & partners

    • 🧑‍💻 Cross-functional teams like HR, Finance, or Ops

✅ Best Practices

  • 🔍 Review access regularly to ensure it’s accurate

  • 🗑️ Remove users who no longer need workspace access

  • Check statuses like Pending to follow up on unaccepted invites
