📱 How to Change My Mobile Number for MFA

Where to Access: Your Workspace > My Profile > Profile Details
🧭 Overview
Your mobile number is used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)—a key part of keeping your account secure. If you’ve changed numbers or want to update it, you can easily do so in your profile settings.
🔐 MFA helps protect your account by sending you a secure login code via SMS. A backup code is also sent to your registered email.
🪜 Step-by-Step Instructions
🔝 Go to the top-right corner of your Staffing Workspace
👤 Click on your Profile icon
🧾 Select My Profile from the dropdown
📋 In the left-hand menu, click on Profile Details
📱 Update your mobile number in the designated field
✅ Click Save Changes
🔔 What Happens Next?
Your new number will be used for all future MFA login codes
You will still receive MFA codes via email as a backup
You can log in using either method (SMS or email)
🔄 Be sure to enter the correct number so you don’t lose access to your account.
