Your mobile number is used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)β€”a key part of keeping your account secure. If you’ve changed numbers or want to update it, you can easily do so in your profile settings.

πŸ” MFA helps protect your account by sending you a secure login code via SMS. A backup code is also sent to your registered email.


πŸͺœ Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. πŸ” Go to the top-right corner of your Staffing Workspace

  2. πŸ‘€ Click on your Profile icon

  3. 🧾 Select My Profile from the dropdown

  4. πŸ“‹ In the left-hand menu, click on Profile Details

  5. πŸ“± Update your mobile number in the designated field

  6. βœ… Click Save Changes


πŸ”” What Happens Next?

  • Your new number will be used for all future MFA login codes

  • You will still receive MFA codes via email as a backup

  • You can log in using either method (SMS or email)
