π§ Overview
Your mobile number is used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)βa key part of keeping your account secure. If youβve changed numbers or want to update it, you can easily do so in your profile settings.
π MFA helps protect your account by sending you a secure login code via SMS. A backup code is also sent to your registered email.
πͺ Step-by-Step Instructions
π Go to the top-right corner of your Staffing Workspace
π€ Click on your Profile icon
π§Ύ Select My Profile from the dropdown
π In the left-hand menu, click on Profile Details
π± Update your mobile number in the designated field
β Click Save Changes
π What Happens Next?
Your new number will be used for all future MFA login codes
You will still receive MFA codes via email as a backup
You can log in using either method (SMS or email)
π Be sure to enter the correct number so you donβt lose access to your account.
