✅ Step 1: Click "Launch AI Agent"
Navigate to your job order's Applications Received tab and click Launch AI Agent at the top right of the screen.
💡 Step 2: Understand What the Agent Does
On the welcome screen, you’ll see an overview of what the AI Agent can do:
Auto-Screen Applications: Match resumes and profiles to your job criteria.
Auto-Book Interviews: Automatically schedule interviews (if enabled in your flow).
Auto-Reject Emails: Instantly send customized rejection emails.
Click Launch to continue to the setup prompt.
🧠 Step 3: Build Your Screening Prompt
Here, you’ll define how the AI Agent will evaluate candidates:
Matching Criteria:
Choose to match candidates by:Resume only
Resume + Candidate Profile
Job Information to Use:
Full Job Description
Required Job Skills only [Faster]
AI Matching Model:
Jombone AI Model (default)
Deep Research [Beta] for smarter results
Score Threshold & Actions:
Set the score (e.g., 70%) to trigger:Shortlist action (Send Email, Send Text, or No Action Needed)
Application status update (Initial Interview, Screened, etc.)
Rejection action (Auto Reject or No Action Needed)
If email or text actions are selected, you’ll be prompted to edit the default message before launching.
Click Launch Agent when done.
⚠️ Step 4: Confirm Launch
A final confirmation screen will appear:
You’re about to launch your AI Agent. This will automatically engage all applicants via email and text.
Click Yes to proceed.
🛑 Note: Once launched, this action cannot be paused or undone.
🔄 Step 5: Agent in Progress
After you confirm launch, the AI Agent will begin processing your prompt.
You’ll see a series of real-time messages on screen that indicate the Agent’s progress — from initialization to screening and finalizing actions.
📊 Step 6: AI Screening Summary
Once complete, a results summary will display:
Total Applications
Screened Successfully
Shortlisted Applications
Rejected Applications
Click Done to finish.
🔁 Optional: Enable the “Always On” Toggle
At the bottom of the prompt builder, you’ll find the “Always on” toggle.
Always on
Keep the AI Agent always active on your job order.
When enabled:
Every new applicant is immediately screened using your saved AI Agent prompt.
Shortlisting, rejections, and messages happen in real-time.
No manual actions are needed unless you want to override or intervene.
This is ideal for high-volume job orders or when you want a hands-free screening flow.
