Reviewing Match Scores with AI Screening Insights

The AI Screening feature helps hiring managers quickly assess candidate fit using automated match scores and detailed skill comparisons.

🔍 Where to Find AI Screening

  1. Navigate to your Active Job Orders list.

  2. Select the job you want to review candidates for.

  3. Under the Applications Received column, click the number displayed to open the list of applicants.

  4. From the applicant list, click AI Screening for the candidate you want to review.

  5. You will be taken to the AI Assessment page.



📊 Understanding the Match Score

Each candidate is assigned a Match Score based on how well their resume aligns with the job requirements.

Match % Range

Score Label

0% – 50%

Poor Match Score

51% – 69%

Average Match Score

70% – 90%

Good Match Score

91% and above

Excellent Match Score

You’ll see a gauge indicator and percentage displayed clearly at the top right of the candidate screen.


❤️ Mark a Candidate as Favorite

You can mark standout candidates by clicking the heart icon beside their name. This is useful for quickly identifying preferred profiles later in your hiring process.


📋 Reviewing Skills & Resume Breakdown

On the AI Assessment screen:

  • Left panel shows the candidate’s resume.

  • Right panel summarizes:

    • Matching Skills (e.g., Jira, SQL, Regression Testing)

    • Missing Skills (e.g., Load Testing, Security Testing)

    • 📈 Employment History with duration and duty match %

    • Recency of relevant experience

This allows you to quickly identify if the candidate has the required skills and how recently they’ve used them.


📁 Resume Actions

From the resume panel, you can:

  • Download the candidate's resume

  • Print for offline review


🔧 Take Action from the Same Screen

From the top bar of the AI Assessment view, you can:

  • Add Note – Add internal notes for collaboration

  • Update Application Status – E.g., “Initial Interview”, “Screened”, “Ready to Present”, etc.

  • Email Candidate – Compose and send emails directly

  • Reject – Disqualify if the match isn’t a fit


🔄 Navigate Between Candidates

Use the “Next Candidate” and “Prev Candidate” buttons on the top-right corner of the AI Screening view to switch between candidates without returning to the job dashboard.

This makes the review process faster and more efficient.
