๐ Where to find the integration
Go to your Staffing Workspace.
Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar.
Under General Settings, select Integrations.
On the right panel, click the Add App button.
โ Add RingCentral Integration
In the Add App pop-up:
From the Select Application dropdown, choose RingCentral.
Click Save.
RingCentral will now appear in your list of integrations with the status Not Connected.
๐ Connect to RingCentral
Click the three-dot menu next to the RingCentral app.
Select Connect.
A RingCentral login page will open. Sign in with your:
Email/Phone number and password,
Or use Google or Single Sign-on (SSO).
โ Authorize Access
After signing in:
Youโll be presented with an Access Request screen showing permissions Jombone needs to operate.
Review the access details.
Click Authorize to proceed.
๐ Register Emergency Address
If prompted:
Select your Digital Line from the dropdown.
Enter your physical address where the service will be used.
Click I Accept.
๐ This step is mandatory to enable emergency calling services.
โ You're Connected!
Once connected successfully:
The status will change to Connected.
Youโll now see the RingCentral dialer available in the bottom right corner of your Staffing Workspace.
You can start making calls, checking voicemails, viewing recordings, and managing your communication directly from the platform.
โ๏ธ Manage or Remove Integration
To manage your integration:
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Click the three-dot menu next to RingCentral.
Select:
Connect if itโs disconnected,
Remove to delete the integration.
