Integrating RingCentral with Your Staffing Workspace

You can now integrate your RingCentral account with Jombone to make and manage calls directly within your Staffing Workspace. This guide will show you how to connect, authorize, and start using RingCentral for seamless communication.

๐Ÿ“ Where to find the integration

  1. Go to your Staffing Workspace.

  2. Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar.

  3. Under General Settings, select Integrations.

  4. On the right panel, click the Add App button.


โž• Add RingCentral Integration

  1. In the Add App pop-up:

    • From the Select Application dropdown, choose RingCentral.

    • Click Save.

  2. RingCentral will now appear in your list of integrations with the status Not Connected.


๐Ÿ” Connect to RingCentral

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the RingCentral app.

  2. Select Connect.

  3. A RingCentral login page will open. Sign in with your:

    • Email/Phone number and password,

    • Or use Google or Single Sign-on (SSO).


โœ… Authorize Access

After signing in:

  1. Youโ€™ll be presented with an Access Request screen showing permissions Jombone needs to operate.

  2. Review the access details.

  3. Click Authorize to proceed.


๐Ÿ“ Register Emergency Address

If prompted:

  1. Select your Digital Line from the dropdown.

  2. Enter your physical address where the service will be used.

  3. Click I Accept.

๐Ÿ“ This step is mandatory to enable emergency calling services.


โœ… You're Connected!

Once connected successfully:

  • The status will change to Connected.

  • Youโ€™ll now see the RingCentral dialer available in the bottom right corner of your Staffing Workspace.

  • You can start making calls, checking voicemails, viewing recordings, and managing your communication directly from the platform.


โš™๏ธ Manage or Remove Integration

To manage your integration:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Click the three-dot menu next to RingCentral.

  3. Select:

    • Connect if itโ€™s disconnected,

    • Remove to delete the integration.
