Enable or Disable Candidate Clock In/Out (Web & Mobile) at the Job Level

You can now control whether candidates are allowed to clock in and clock out from the web or mobile app on a per-job basis. This new enhancement gives you greater flexibility to manage attendance tracking depending on the requirements of each job order.

Whatโ€™s New?

A new job-level setting has been introduced that allows you to:

  • Enable candidate clock in/out from web and mobile

  • Disable candidate clock in/out from web and mobile

This setting applies specifically to the selected job order and does not affect other jobs.


Why This Is Useful

This feature is helpful when:

  • You want to restrict time tracking to specific job types

  • Clock in/out is managed externally (e.g., on-site system)

  • Certain clients do not require app-based time tracking

  • You want tighter control over attendance compliance


How to Enable or Disable Candidate Clock In/Out

Step 1: Go to Job Orders

  1. Log in to your Staffing Workspace

  2. From the left-hand side menu, choose Companies, then View All Companies

  3. Click on Job Orders under a certain company

  4. Locate the job order you want to update


Step 2: Open the Job Order Actions Menu

  1. Click the three-dot (โ‹ฎ) menu beside the job order

  2. Select:

  • Enable Candidate Clock In/Out
    or

  • Disable Candidate Clock In/Out

The option displayed will depend on the current status.


What Happens Next?

  • If Enabled โ†’ Candidates assigned to this job can clock in/out using the web or mobile app.

  • If Disabled โ†’ Candidates will not see the clock in/out option for this job.

The change takes effect immediately.


Important Notes

  • This setting is applied per job order

  • It does not impact other active or future job orders

  • Only users with the appropriate permissions can update this setting
