πŸ“Œ Why This Matters

As candidates use Jombone time clocks to sign in and out of shifts, every punch is captured in real time. The Time Clock Report gives coordinators, operations managers, and client supervisors a consolidated, downloadable view of all clock-in and clock-out activity by client and by week, making it easy to verify attendance, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

This report helps you:

  • βœ… Verify candidate attendance against scheduled shifts

  • πŸ” Investigate missing or incorrect punches before they impact payroll

  • πŸ“€ Export clock-in/out data for client reporting or compliance purposes

  • πŸ“Š Filter results by specific criteria to focus on what matters

🧭 How to Access the Time Clock Report

Option 1 β€” From the Timesheets Module (Staffing Coordinator)

  1. Log into your Jombone Staffing workspace.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, go to Mid Office.

  3. Select Timesheets.

  4. At the top of the Timesheets page, select the relevant client.

  5. Make sure you are viewing the correct week using the week selector.

  6. Click the three-dot menu (β‹―) on the far right of the page.

  7. Select Time Clock Report from the dropdown.

πŸ“Š The Time Clock Report will open directly on screen.

Option 2 β€” From Within the Client Profile (Staffing Coordinator)

  1. Navigate to the relevant Client in your workspace.

  2. Click on Reports within the client context.

  3. Go to the Timesheet Reports tab.

  4. The Time Clock Report is available there as well.

πŸ’‘ Both Option 1 and Option 2 show the same report β€” use whichever is faster based on where you already are in the platform.

Option 3 β€” Client Supervisor Login

Client supervisors can access and download the Time Clock Report directly using their own Jombone login β€” without needing to go through the staffing company's workspace.

  1. The client supervisor logs into the Jombone platform using their own credentials.

  2. Navigate to Reports.

  3. Select the Time Clock Report from the Timesheet Reports section.

  4. Apply filters and export as needed.

πŸ‘₯ This gives your client supervisors direct visibility into their own workforce attendance data β€” independently and in real time β€” without requiring your coordinators to pull and share the report manually.

πŸ” Filtering the Report

Once the report is open, use the available filters to refine your results:

  • πŸ“… Date / Week β€” narrow down to a specific time period

  • πŸ‘€ Candidate β€” filter by individual worker

  • 🏒 Client / Location β€” drill into a specific site or billing location

  • ⏰ Shift β€” filter by specific shift times

Apply filters to zero in on the exact data you need before exporting.

πŸ’Ύ Exporting the Report

Export as PDF

  • Click the Export as PDF button to download a formatted, print-ready version of the report.

Export as CSV / XLSX

  1. Click the three-dot menu (β‹―) within the report.

  2. Select Download.

  3. Choose your preferred format:

    • .csv

    • .xlsx

  4. The file will download automatically.

🧠 Key Points to Remember

  • 🏒 Select the client first β€” when accessing via Option 1, a client must be selected on the Timesheets page before the Time Clock Report option appears in the three-dot menu.

  • πŸ“ Clock-in and clock-out data is captured via the Jombone Business Time Clock App or Jombone Web & Mobile App β€” only punches made through these channels will appear in this report.

  • βšͺ Missing punches (NA/NA) β€” if a candidate did not use the J4B app or time clock, their entry will show as NA. These require manual follow-up.

  • πŸ” Three access paths β€” the report is accessible from the Timesheets three-dot menu, from within the client's Reports tab, and directly through the client supervisor's own login. The data is identical across all three.

  • πŸ“€ Use PDF export for client-facing summaries and CSV/XLSX for further data processing or payroll reconciliation.

πŸ’‘ Tips

  • πŸ• Run this report before finalising timesheet approvals to catch any missing or suspicious punches early β€” much easier to correct before payroll is processed.

  • πŸ“‹ Use the CSV/XLSX export to cross-reference clock-in/out times against scheduled shift times and flag early departures or late arrivals.

  • πŸ” If a candidate's punch is missing entirely, check the Sign In / Sign Out view in Timesheets for more detail on what was and wasn't captured by the J4B app.

  • πŸ‘₯ Encourage your client supervisors to use Option 3 β€” giving supervisors direct access to their own Time Clock Report reduces back-and-forth with your coordinators and improves client self-sufficiency.

  • πŸ“€ For clients who require attendance verification, the PDF export provides a clean, shareable summary without exposing raw platform data.
