Payroll Register Report

The Payroll Register Report gives a detailed weekly view of payroll across approved timesheets. It helps coordinators and payroll admins track gross pay by candidate, job, client, and pay type—streamlining the process and ensuring accuracy.

🔍 How to Access the Payroll Register Report

  1. Go to the Staffing Workspace.

  2. Click on the Reports icon in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Under Timesheet Reports, click Payroll Register Report.


📅 Filter Options

At the top of the report, use the available filters to refine your data:

  • Date – Select the week-ending date for which you want to generate the report.

  • Client Name – Narrow down the report to a specific client.

  • Job – Filter by job title or order.

These filters help you target specific segments of payroll data.


📄 Report Fields

The report includes the following key columns:

Field

Description

Candidate First Name / Last Name

Name of the employee.

Jombone ID

Unique ID assigned to each candidate.

Candidate Email

Email address associated with the candidate.

Job Order ID / Job Order

Job assignment and reference ID.

Client Name

Name of the client where the candidate worked.

Billing Location

Location tied to the client’s billing profile.

Shift

Start and end time of the candidate’s scheduled shift.

Week Ending Date

Week for which the payroll data applies.

Pay Code

RT (Regular Time), OT (Overtime), etc.

Pay Rate Effective Date

Date from which the current pay rate is valid.

Pay Rate

Hourly wage or pay rate.

Units

Number of hours worked.

Gross Payroll

Total pay = Pay Rate × Units.

💡 Tip: All numeric values are auto-calculated, ensuring no manual intervention is required.


💾 Exporting the Report

You can export the Payroll Register Report in multiple formats for offline processing:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner.

  2. Choose your preferred format:

    • .csv

    • .xlsx

    • .json

  3. Select either Formatted or Unformatted based on your requirement.

  4. Click Download.

📌 You can also export the report directly as a PDF using the Export as PDF button.
