π What is the Pay Rate Tab?
The Pay Rate tab mirrors the UI and functionality of the Timesheet view, but instead of displaying hours worked, it shows daily pay rates per candidate and job.
This tool allows you to:
View, update, and validate pay rates directly in-line.
Maintain visibility of gross pay accumulation.
Track historical changes through the Audit Log.
π Why is this Page Important?
The Pay Rate page ensures:
Real-time updates to pay structures.
Compliance with wage policies.
Prevention of payroll discrepancies.
Better control over staffing costs with visibility into day-wise rates.
π’ What You Can Do Here
π§ Navigate to this page by either:
Selecting a company under βStaffing Workspace > Pay Ratesβ
Or going via βView Companies > Pay Ratesβ (the company will auto-select)
π’ If a company has only one location, it gets pre-selected. Otherwise, select manually.
πΌ Jobs dropdown will dynamically populate based on selected company & location.
π₯ Candidates linked to the selected job appear, with daily shifts aligned to their schedule.
π By default, current week and Hour View are preselected.
By using this tab, you can:
Quickly adjust rates for future shifts.
Highlight errors (e.g. values below minimum threshold).
Review audit logs for transparency.

This supports seamless payroll processing, especially when dynamic rate changes occur (e.g. surge pricing, performance-based incentives).
