Gain real-time insights into key workforce, payroll, & revenue operations. The Reports section in your Staffing Workspace provides access to comprehensive reporting tools designed to support business decisions, audit readiness, & operational transparency.

All reports are organized into the following categories:

  • Time Clock Reports

  • Timesheet Reports

  • Headcount Reports

  • Revenue & Performance Reports

Each report includes built-in filters and exporting capabilities to help you tailor and download the information you need.

⏱️ Time Clock Reports

1. Daily Time Clock Report

Track employee clock-in and clock-out activity by day.

  • View clock-in/out types, missed punches, job orders, and contractor info.

  • Filters: Date, Type, Missed Status, Client, Job Order, Contractor

  • Adjust display timezone

2. No Show Report

Identify employees who were scheduled but did not report to work.

  • Detect absences early and take corrective action.

  • Ideal for same-day operations review.


📆 Timesheet Reports

3. Daily Timesheet Report

Overview of daily time entries submitted by candidates.

  • Displays saved timesheet entries per candidate for a selected day, including job order, shift date, hours worked, and pay rate details.

Filter by client and employment status.

4. Daily Timesheet Report (Detail)

Matrix-style breakdown of time entries by candidate and day.

  • Custom date range

  • Filter by client and employment status.

  • Identify missing entries or timesheet gaps.

5. Weekly Timesheet Report

Summarizes approved weekly time entries.

  • Breakdown of: RT (Regular Time), OT (Overtime), DT (Double Time)

  • Displays gross pay based on pay rate & frequency

  • Filter by date and client

6. Total Hours Billed by Period

Visualizes total hours billed across a given time frame.

  • Graphical display with date filters

  • Filter by client and account manager

  • Ideal for tracking billable volume over time.


👥 Headcount Reports

8. Active Employment Headcount by Period

Displays the number of active employees by day within a selected period.

  • Track active workforce trends

  • Filter by client and account manager

9. Active Employment Headcount by Client

Breaks down active headcount by client over a date range.

  • Compare client activity levels at a glance

  • Filterable and exportable

10. Account Manager Active Employment Headcount

View headcount assigned to each account manager.

  • Monitor individual workload and allocation

  • Supports team performance tracking


💰 Revenue & Performance Reports

11. Total Revenue Generated by Period

Track revenue (invoiced) over time.

  • Bar chart of revenue by month, quarter, or year

  • Filter by period, client, and account manager

12. Account Manager Revenue Performance Report

Compare revenue generated per account manager.

  • Great for performance tracking and forecasting

  • Drill into underperforming vs. top performers

13. Account Manager Hours Billed Performance Report

Monitor hours billed per account manager.

  • Supports productivity analysis and workforce allocation

  • Filter by time range and client


📤 Export Options

All reports support exporting in the following formats:

  • CSV

  • XLSX

  • JSON

  • PDF

You can also choose between:

  • Formatted (user-friendly, for presentation)

  • Unformatted (for data processing or spreadsheet modeling)


🧠 How to Access Reports

  1. Go to the Staffing Workspace.

  2. Select the Reports tab (📊 icon) in the left navigation.

  3. Choose your report from the categorized sections.

  4. Apply filters (date, client, type, etc.).

  5. Export data or download the report.
