🔍 What Is Captured in Each View?
Each action logged via the iPad appears in the Timesheet module based on the selected view:
Timesheet View | What’s Displayed |
Sign In - Sign Out | All Sign In and Sign Out records by candidates for each job, including photo, date, time, and GPS location |
Paid Break Time | Start and end of paid breaks, with photo and GPS — shown per candidate, per job |
Unpaid Break Time | Start and end of unpaid breaks, with photo and GPS |
Decimal / Hour View | Total hours shown per day, with contextual colour (Green, Grey, White) indicating approval or entry status |
No colours are applied in Sign In/Out or Break views — colour highlights apply to hour summaries only.
