How to clock in/out for your employee:
Go to Timesheets from the left-hand menu.
Select a Company.
Select the relevant date range, location, and job position.
Find the employee under the shift and click the clock icon π under the Action column.
In the time entry screen:
Enter Clock In & Clock Out time.
Add Paid Breaks and Unpaid Breaks, if any.
Upload any attachments (e.g., time cards, supporting documents). Accepted formats include PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, etc.
Add Remarks if needed.
You can repeat this process for other days in the same week by selecting a different date in the time entry screen.
Click Submit.
A confirmation popup will appear. Review and click Submit again to save the entry.
β Youβll see a confirmation message once the time entry is successfully submitted.
Note: Manually entering time will override any existing time clock entries for that day, if any.
