The Map View within Candidate Search offers a dynamic and location-focused interface. Instead of browsing candidates in a list or grid, this view displays candidates directly on a map, helping users assess workforce distribution, proximity to job sites, and take immediate actions.

The map interface is essential for SCUs looking to:
Source candidates based on geographic proximity
Visually analyse candidate density and spread
Quickly assess candidate availability and JScore
Take real-time actions (e.g., initiate onboarding, send offers) without leaving the page
💡 How it helps
Zoom In/Out: Navigate the map to explore broader or more specific areas.
Clickable Pins: Click on clusters or individual markers to view candidate lists in that location.
Candidate Pop-Ups: Quickly access high-level information, including name, contact details, availability, and JScore.
Three-Dot Menu: Access a full menu of actions like onboarding, sending offers, viewing profiles, initiating checks, and more.
Commute Insights: Understand logistical feasibility with Commute options.
Favourites: Add candidates to your favourites with a simple click on the heart icon.
Assessment Labels: Visual indicators show assessment status (e.g., CRC, OneID), helping you prioritis`e action.
