🛠 How it works
Click the Bulk Email icon
Located on the top-right toolbar of the Candidate Search page.
Browser confirmation popup appears
You'll see a warning if any disabled candidates are in the list.
⚠️ Disabled candidates might be included in the recipient list and email delivery might fail for those profiles.
ChooseCancelorOK.Compose your message
A browser-based modal opens:Add a subject (max 500 characters)
Type your message in the body (max 5000 characters)
Use formatting tools (bold, italics, alignment, lists)
Click
Send
Final confirmation
A second browser prompt confirms the total number of recipients before sending.

Emails will be sent to all selected candidates.
