Bulk Timesheet Upload

Upload timesheet hours for multiple candidates at once using an Excel template. Instead of entering hours individually, download the template, fill in the hours, and upload — all timesheets are created in seconds.

How It Works

Step 1 — Navigate to Timesheets Log into the platform and go to the Timesheets section.

Step 2 — Select Client, Job Order & Week Select the Client, the specific Job Order you want to upload timesheets for, and the corresponding week/period.

Step 3 — Download the Template Click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top and select Upload Timesheet Data. A pop-up will appear — click the Download Template link.

The template will download as an Excel spreadsheet pre-populated with all candidates who are actively placed on this job order.

Step 4 — Fill in the Hours Open the downloaded spreadsheet and enter the hours for each candidate in their respective day columns.

Important: Hours must be entered in decimal format only (e.g., 8.5 for 8 hours 30 minutes).

Step 5 — Verify & Save Double-check all hours are correct, then save the spreadsheet.

Step 6 — Upload the Spreadsheet Go back to the same Job Order and week. Click the three-dot menu (⋮)Upload Timesheet Data and upload your completed spreadsheet. The timesheets will be bulk uploaded into the system.

If there are any errors, the system will provide an error file for you to review and correct.

⚠️ Things to Know

Bulk upload will override existing timesheet data for that week and job order. Always download any existing timesheet data first before uploading, so you don't lose hours already saved in the platform.

Clock-in / clock-out data is not affected. Any facial recognition clock-in/clock-out or break-time records already saved in the system will remain unchanged.

Hours must be in decimal format. For example: 8.5 (not 8:30). The system will reject non-decimal entries.

Keep copies. You can always download the timesheet data from the platform. We recommend keeping both the before and after versions as spreadsheets for your records.
