Overview

The OneID Check is a fast, secure identity verification tool integrated into Jombone via Certn. It simplifies onboarding by allowing you to validate a candidate’s identity within minutes—no paperwork or additional systems required.

📍 Where to Initiate

You can start the OneID Check from:

  • Candidate Search

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • My Network

  • Candidate Teaser (within JEM tabs)

👉 From the three-dot menu (⋮), click Initiate OneID Check.

🔐 How It Works

Once selected, a confirmation popup will appear:

  1. You’ll be shown a unique verification code.

  2. Enter the code and click Confirm.

  3. This will:

    • Send an email to the candidate from Certn with a secure OneID link.

    • Notify the logged-in user that the check was triggered.

📨 The candidate follows the Certn link and completes the OneID verification steps.
