Notifications

The Notifications section keeps you informed about important updates related to your jobs, shifts, and work assignments.

To access Notifications:

  1. Click Notifications from the top navigation menu.

  2. You will be redirected to the Notifications page.


What You Will See

The Notifications page displays a list of updates such as:

  • Shift change confirmations

  • New shift requests

  • Work assignment confirmations

  • Schedule updates

Each notification includes:

  • A short description of the update

  • The job title

  • The shift time (if applicable)

  • The date of the notification

Notifications are listed in chronological order, with the most recent at the top.


Types of Notifications

1. Shift Change Confirmation

You will receive a notification when:

  • Your shift time is changed

  • A shift change is confirmed

Example:

Your shift changed to 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM for the job Bookkeeper is confirmed.


2. New Shift Request

You will receive a notification when:

  • An employer sends you a new shift request

Example:

New Shift Request – 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM – Accounting Clerk.

You can review and respond to shift requests in the Work section.


3. Work Assignment Confirmation

You will receive a notification when:

  • A job assignment is confirmed

Example:

Your work assignment for the job Smart Tech System Tester shift 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM is confirmed.


Delete a Notification

You can remove notifications from your list.

To delete a notification:

  1. Click the Delete (trash) icon on the right side of the notification.

  2. A confirmation message will appear.

Once deleted, the notification will no longer appear in your list.


Important Notes

  • Notifications are informational and do not replace shift confirmations in the Work section.

  • Deleting a notification does not cancel or change your shift.

  • Always review shift changes carefully in the Work tab.

  • New notifications appear at the top of the list.

  • Keep notifications until you have reviewed and acted on them if necessary.
